1. Service Description

CreatorFlow by eMenu is a content creation and publishing assistant. It helps users prepare video content, captions, and publishing settings for review before the user chooses whether to publish.

2. Account Connection

Users may connect their TikTok account through OAuth to use available TikTok publishing features. CreatorFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with TikTok.

3. User Authorization and Confirmation

CreatorFlow does not publish content without user authorization and confirmation. Before publishing, users are responsible for reviewing the video, caption, publishing destination, visibility, and any available publishing settings.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users must have the rights needed to upload or publish submitted content.
• Users must comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and community guidelines.
• Users are responsible for checking content accuracy before confirming publication.

5. Acceptable Use

Users may not use CreatorFlow to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized content. CreatorFlow is provided as an assistant for user-directed content workflows, not as an automated posting bot.

6. Availability

We aim to keep CreatorFlow available, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, platform changes, or issues outside our control.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
